Student research was on display during the 2018 Table Clinic Day, held Feb. 7, which also featured the third annual Pashley Lectureship.
2. Cupids & Cocoa
Staff and residents enjoyed a cookie and brownie break on Valentine’s Day, writing valentines to their co-workers, receiving candy bags and taking photos in the photo booth.
3. Thomas P. Hinman Alumni Reception
DCG Alumni Affairs teamed with Affinity Bank at the Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting in Atlanta March 23 for the annual reception at Taco Mac with more than 300 alumni and business partners attending.
4. Alumni Reception
Dr. Mike Pruett, President of the DCG Alumni Association, welcomed alumni, faculty, and emeriti faculty at the DCG Alumni Reception on April 27. The reception is part of the Augusta University 2018 Alumni Weekend celebrations.
5. Senior Recognition
More than 50 awards and honors were presented during the DCG’s May 10 Senior Awards Ceremony, with family, faculty and friends on hand to bestow their congratulations.
6. Hooding
The sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Augusta was filled to capacity for students receiving their lilac dental hoods during a morning service just prior to Augusta University’s 2018 Commencement, held May 11.
