    When Macallin Thomas speaks to church congregations, he ends his story with a metaphor about glow sticks. “A glow stick is just a glow stick until it’s broken. And then it glows to its full potential.”

    For nearly 200 years, Augusta University and its legacy institutions have been centers of learning and drivers of discovery and innovation in Augusta, the state of Georgia and beyond.
